Churchill Meadows developed in phases through the 2000s and into the 2010s as Mississauga’s last large-scale greenfield community, west of Erin Mills Parkway. Wider streets and more modern floor plans set it apart from older Mississauga neighbourhoods, with a housing mix of detached homes, semis and dedicated townhome enclaves.
Newer building stock generally means lower near-term maintenance costs and more contemporary layouts, which draws young and move-up families who’ve been priced out of Erin Mills but still want strong schools and quick access to the Highway 403 corridor. Demand here has been consistent since the community’s initial build-out and shows little sign of softening.
